  17. <p>     Regular folks invest their money in mutual funds or
  18. Florida condos. But celebrities seem to prefer theme
  19. restaurants. The latest star-funded eatery: House of Blues in
  20. Cambridge, Massachusetts. "I'm fortunate enough to be a working
  21. actor, but I could walk away from it anytime," said ex-Blues
  22. Brother and co-owner DAN AYKROYD, who joined PAUL SHAFFER to
  23. belt some R. and B. at the club's opening bash. HOB serves up
  24. pizza, dim sum and live blues six nights a week.
